To help Virgin Galactic pioneer the next generation of commercial space travel, FALSE 9 were commissioned to lead the creative and production of the campaign launching the all-new Virgin Galactic x Under Armour flight suits.

Shot in New York in October 2019, we developed the creative direction and delivered full end-to-end production and post-production, crafting a suite of hero film and still assets that reimagined the environments future astronauts will emerge into. The work captured the precision, ambition and cultural significance of a defining moment in commercial space travel.

Working to a 24-hour turnaround from shoot to live, we captured, edited and delivered both moving and still imagery at pace - without compromising scale or impact.

The campaign achieved global coverage, featuring in The New York Times, CNN, Dezeen, CNBC and more, cementing the flight suit launch as a landmark moment in the evolution of private space exploration.
